Thank you for choosing MIRAKU. Please read these terms before making a reservation. They are intended to protect both our guests and therapists and to help every appointment run smoothly.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to all reservations for services provided by MIRAKU, operated by Three Piece Co., Ltd. By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If a reservation is made on behalf of another guest, the person making the reservation is responsible for informing that guest of these terms.
Nature of our service
MIRAKU provides professional wellness and relaxation massage services at hotels, residences, serviced apartments, and other approved locations in Tokyo.
Our services are not medical treatment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. We do not guarantee the cure or improvement of any illness, injury, or medical condition.
Reservations and appointment times
A reservation is confirmed only after MIRAKU has accepted the request and provided confirmation. Same-day appointments and therapist requests are subject to availability.
Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, hotel procedures, or other circumstances. MIRAKU may provide an estimated arrival window when confirming the reservation.
Please be ready at the scheduled appointment time. If the massage cannot begin on time due to the guest’s preparation, delayed room access, or other circumstances on the guest’s side, the session may be shortened and will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full confirmed fee remains payable.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is completed before the massage begins. Prices shown or confirmed by MIRAKU include Japanese consumption tax.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and selected mobile payment methods. Available payment methods may vary depending on operational circumstances. Any additional fee or exception will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact MIRAKU as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Changes to the reservation time cannot be accepted within one hour of the scheduled appointment.
- Within one hour of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the confirmed session fee
- After the therapist has arrived: 100% of the confirmed session fee
The same policy applies when the course duration or service is shortened or changed after the therapist has arrived. A reservation may also be treated as cancelled if the therapist cannot enter the property or room, cannot contact the guest, or cannot safely begin the service for reasons attributable to the guest.
Health and safety
Guests must disclose before the session any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, allergies, skin conditions, medication affecting treatment, pregnancy, or other information that may affect the safety of massage.
MIRAKU or the therapist may decline, modify, pause, or end a session when it is reasonably considered unsafe or inappropriate. Service may be refused to a guest who is heavily intoxicated, acutely unwell, has a contagious condition, or otherwise appears unable to receive massage safely.
The guest is responsible for seeking medical advice when necessary. If symptoms are severe, unexplained, or worsening, please consult a medical professional instead of booking a massage.
Professional service only
MIRAKU provides professional, non-sexual wellness and relaxation services only. Sexual services and activities are not offered under any circumstances.
Sexual requests, exposure, touching of the therapist, harassment, intimidation, violence, discriminatory conduct, or any other inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. MIRAKU may refuse future reservations and, when necessary, contact hotel staff, building security, or the police.
Treatment environment
The guest must provide a clean, private, and reasonably safe space in which the therapist can work. Please ensure adequate room, comfortable temperature, and light ventilation whenever possible.
If pets are present, they must be kept in a manner that allows the therapist to work safely and without disruption. Smoking during the therapist’s visit is not permitted. MIRAKU may decline or stop service if the environment presents a safety, hygiene, or security concern.
Guests staying at a hotel or other managed property are responsible for complying with its visitor and room-access policies.
Course duration and requests
The stated course duration includes the massage service itself unless MIRAKU explains otherwise. Consultation, preparation, payment, or operational circumstances may require additional time around the session.
Pressure, focus areas, and other requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible, but the therapist may modify or decline any request that is unsafe, outside the reserved service, or outside the therapist’s professional scope.
Personal belongings and property
Guests are responsible for safeguarding cash, jewelry, electronic devices, and other personal belongings. MIRAKU is not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of MIRAKU or its personnel.
Please tell the therapist immediately if you are concerned about any item or condition in the treatment area.
Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with MIRAKU’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information relevant to the reservation or the safe provision of services may be shared within MIRAKU and with the assigned therapist only to the extent reasonably necessary.
Refusal or termination of service
MIRAKU may refuse or terminate a reservation or session when these terms are breached, payment cannot be completed, information provided is materially inaccurate, the environment is unsafe, inappropriate conduct occurs, or service cannot reasonably be provided. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MIRAKU is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delay, cancellation, inability to provide service, or the guest’s failure to disclose relevant health information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
MIRAKU may revise these terms when reasonably necessary. The version displayed on this page at the time a reservation is made applies to that reservation, unless otherwise required by law.
