A few quick answers to help you feel comfortable and ready for your in-room massage.
What should I prepare?
No special equipment is required. Please clear enough space in your room for the therapist to work comfortably. We will confirm any hotel-specific arrangements when you book.
Can I book during pregnancy?
Massage sessions are available from 16 weeks of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor in advance and sign our pregnancy consent form before your session.
Can two or more guests book together?
Yes. Two or more guests may book either simultaneous or consecutive sessions. The number of available therapists depends on availability, so we recommend booking early for group appointments.
Do I remain clothed during the massage?
Body Care and Reflexology + Body are performed over comfortable clothing. For Oil Massage, you may undress to your comfort level, and professional draping is used throughout the session.
Do I need permission from my hotel?
Hotel visitor policies vary. If you are unsure, please check with the front desk. When guest-room access is restricted, your therapist can meet you in the lobby as required by the hotel.
Can I book at an Airbnb or serviced apartment?
Service availability depends on the property’s visitor policy, access arrangements, and location. Please send us the property name and full address before booking so we can confirm whether service is available.
What does the therapist bring?
Your therapist brings the necessary massage supplies, clean linens, and massage oil when required. Please tell us in advance about any allergies or sensitivities.
Is tipping required?
No. Tipping is not customary in Japan and is never expected. However, if you are especially pleased with your session and would like to thank your therapist personally, you are welcome to offer a tip. It is entirely optional.

Payment

Appointment Changes & Cancellation
Please be ready at the scheduled time. Reservation-time changes cannot be accepted within 1 hour of the appointment.
- Cancellation within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee
- Cancellation after the therapist has arrived: 100% of the session fee
The same policy applies if the session duration is shortened after the therapist's arrival.
