Long Head Massage add-on: +30 minutes / JPY 4,000. Available only with a massage course of 90 minutes or longer and cannot be booked separately.

- Payment Timing and Methods
Payment is required before the massage begins.
Accepted methods: cash; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club; Alipay; and the Japanese mobile-payment services PayPay, au PAY, d Payment and Merpay.
Payment availability may depend on the payment provider’s processing status.
- Service Timing
The service is provided on the confirmed appointment date and within the arrival window stated in your booking confirmation. The estimated arrival window may span up to 30 minutes.
Massage hours are generally 8:00 PM–4:00 AM. Same-day appointments are subject to therapist availability.
Course duration includes consultation, preparation, changing and tidying up.
- Reservation Changes and Cancellation
Reservation-time changes cannot be accepted within one hour of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee.
Cancellation after the therapist has arrived: 100% of the session fee.
The same policy applies when the guest requests a shorter session after the therapist has arrived. Please contact us promptly by WhatsApp, LINE, telephone or email if you need to cancel or change a booking.
- Refunds
Because the service is provided at a reserved date, time and location, completed services are not eligible for return or refund. Cancellation charges apply as stated above.
If MIRAKU is unable to provide a confirmed service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund any amount already paid for the portion of the service that was not provided. Any other refund request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
