Can I receive treatment during pregnancy?

Yes.
Guests who are 16 weeks pregnant or later may receive maternity treatments from qualified therapists.

Are there any conditions under which treatment cannot be provided?

For safety reasons, we cannot provide treatment to guests who:
Are heavily intoxicated
Have used illegal drugs
Request inappropriate services
Create an unsafe or unhygienic environment
Engage in inappropriate behavior toward therapists
Treatment may be terminated without refund if these conditions are violated.

Yes.We kindly ask that the treatment area be clean and well ventilated before the therapist arrives.

What is your cancellation policy?
A
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the treatment fee
Cancellation after therapist arrival: 100% of the treatment fee
The same policy applies to significant booking changes requested within 6 hour of the appointment.

Open daily. Reservations accepted from 6:00 PM. Treatments available until approximately 4:00 AM.

また上記のキャンセル料は施術スタート1時間以内のコース変更も同様の扱いとなります。

施術途中で子どもが泣きはじめてしまった、など中断した場合にはその分施術時間は長くやってもらえるのでしょうか。

大変申し訳ございません。当店スタッフは、お客様のご住所にご予約の時間分、滞在させていただく時間をいただいております。その後に移動予定や施術予定があることも多く、お客様都合での施術時間の変更を承りしかねますので、あらかじめご了承下さいませ。

オイルトリートメントの施術範囲を教えてください。

女性の場合には全身（ご希望があればお腹周り、太もも・臀部周りの引きあげなども）トリートメントを行います。
男性の場合には、トラブル防止の観点からお腹周り、臀部、太もも付け根、鼠蹊部などのトリートメントは控えております。あらかじめご了承下さいませ。また、皮膚に傷やかぶれなどある場合には施術をお断りする場合もございます。ご了承くださいませ。

施術用ベッドなどの持ち込みはしてくれますか。

当店では施術用ベッドの持ち込みは行っておらず、お客様お持ちのベッドやマットの上で施術を行います。全身横になれる場所をご準備の上、お待ちくださいませ。

自宅のインターホンを押さずに、到着したら連絡してもらえますか。
A
もちろんです。小さいお子様のいるご家庭や、インターホンが響く可能性のあるお宅にはそのように対応致します。ご予約時にお伝えくださいませ。なお、到着予定時間には電話がつながるようお待ちいただけたら幸いです。

ぎっくり腰や寝違えの場合に施術してもらえますか？
A
ぎっくり腰や寝違えの場合には基本的には患部が炎症を起こしていて、マッサージを行うことでより悪化してしまう可能性がございます。そのような場合には当店所属の鍼灸師、整体師に相談の上、痛みの緩和や鍼をするなどして治癒を促す施術を行わせていただきます。ご相談くださいませ。

妊娠中でもマッサージは受けられますか？
A
はい。安定期(妊娠16週以降)に入られた妊婦様には当店用意の「ご妊娠の際の施術同意書」にご同意の上、マタニティ対応可能なスタッフがお伺いし施術させていただけます。お身体への負担を軽減するために抱き枕、あるいは枕やクッションなどを多めに用意していただけると横向きの施術の際などに体勢を楽にすることができます。まずはご相談くださいませ。
