Agreement to these terms本規約への同意

Please review these Terms of Service before your massage begins. By proceeding with the massage, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact us before the session begins to cancel. Depending on when you cancel, the cancellation fee stated below may apply.

サービスをご利用いただく前に、本利用規約をご確認ください。施術を開始した時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、施術開始前までにキャンセルのご連絡をお願いいたします。ご連絡の時期により、所定のキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。

Nature of the serviceサービスの性質

Our services are intended for relaxation and refreshment. They are not medical services, and we do not diagnose, treat or cure illnesses or injuries. Results vary by individual, and no particular physical improvement or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

当サービスは、心身のリフレッシュおよびリラクゼーションを目的としています。医療機関による医療行為ではなく、疾病やけがの診断、治療、治癒を目的とするものではありません。施術の感じ方や効果には個人差があり、症状の改善や治療効果を保証するものではありません。

Paymentお支払い

Payment is required before the massage begins. Cash, major credit cards, Alipay and selected Japanese mobile-payment services are accepted. Available payment methods may be subject to the relevant provider’s processing status. We will confirm the total price before your booking is finalized.

施術開始前にお支払いをお願いいたします。現金、主要なクレジットカード、Alipayおよび一部の国内モバイル決済をご利用いただけます。決済事業者の稼働状況等により、ご利用いただける方法が変更となる場合があります。ご予約確定前に合計金額をご案内します。

Appointment changes and cancellation予約変更およびキャンセル

Please be ready at the confirmed time. Changes to the appointment time cannot be accepted within one hour of the scheduled appointment.

The same policy applies if the session duration is shortened after the therapist arrives. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your booking.

ご予約時間の1時間前以降は、予約時間の変更を承ることができません。ご予約時間の1時間前以降のキャンセルは施術料金の50％、セラピスト到着後のキャンセルは施術料金の100％を申し受けます。到着後に施術時間を短縮される場合にも、同じ規定が適用されます。変更またはキャンセルが必要な場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。

Health and safety体調管理および施術をお断りする場合

You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to receive a massage. Please inform us before the session if any of the following may apply:

• Heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, epilepsy or another ongoing medical condition
• Hernia, severe back pain, neuralgia, scoliosis, a malignant tumor, aneurysm, arteriosclerosis or varicose veins
• Injury, burn, bruise, sprain, inflammation, muscle strain, contagious skin condition or severe skin irritation
• Surgery or cosmetic surgery within the past six months, significant physical weakness, or current medical treatment
• A doctor has advised you not to receive massage, or massage has previously made you unwell
• Fever, cold symptoms, suspected infection or other illness
• Severe intoxication, difficulty communicating clearly, or immediately after a large meal
• Pregnancy of less than 16 weeks
• Use of illegal drugs, involvement with antisocial organizations, or any other circumstance that may make safe treatment difficult

We may refuse or stop a session when we or the therapist determine that safe treatment is not possible. If a relevant condition was not disclosed, or becomes apparent after the session begins, the session may be stopped without a refund or reduction. Tell the therapist immediately if you experience pain, discomfort or feel unwell.

施術を受けられる体調であるかどうかの最終的な判断は、お客様ご自身でお願いいたします。持病、重度の痛みや疾患、けが・炎症・皮膚疾患、手術後6か月以内、通院中、医師から施術を止められている場合、発熱・感染症の疑い、泥酔、意思疎通が困難な状態、多量の食事の直後、妊娠16週未満、違法薬物の使用その他安全な施術が困難となる可能性がある場合は、予約時または施術開始前までに必ずお申し出ください。安全上の理由により、施術をお断りまたは中止する場合があります。施術中に痛み、違和感または気分不良が生じた場合は、直ちにセラピストへお申し出ください。

Professional service and prohibited conduct専門的サービスおよび禁止行為

This is a professional wellness and relaxation service only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Sexual requests, intentional exposure, sexual acts, or touching the therapist unnecessarily
• Violence, threats, abusive language, intimidation, harassment, or conduct that causes fear or discomfort
• Requesting a therapist’s private contact details or attempting to arrange services or payments directly without the service provider
• Recruiting, soliciting or introducing a therapist to another business
• Recording, photography, filming, streaming, or using recording equipment without prior permission
• Illegal conduct, conduct contrary to public order, or any conduct considered inappropriate by the service provider or therapist

If prohibited conduct occurs, the service will be stopped immediately and the therapist will leave. No refund, reduction or extension will be provided. We may contact the property manager or police where necessary and may refuse future bookings.

当サービスは通常のリラクゼーションサービスです。性的サービスの要求、故意の露出、性的行為、施術に不要な接触、暴力・暴言・脅迫・威圧・嫌がらせ、セラピストの私的情報を聞き出す行為、運営会社を介さない直接予約や金銭授受、引き抜き・勧誘、無断での録音・撮影・録画・配信、法令または公序良俗に反する行為、その他不適切と判断される行為を禁止します。禁止行為が確認された場合は直ちにサービスを中止し、返金、減額または時間延長は行いません。必要に応じて施設管理者または警察へ連絡し、今後のご利用をお断りする場合があります。

Personal belongings貴重品および所持品

Please manage cash, jewelry, watches, phones and other belongings at your own responsibility during the session. We recommend placing valuables in a secure location before the massage. Except where loss or damage is attributable to us, we cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage.

施術中の現金、貴金属、時計、携帯電話その他の貴重品および所持品は、お客様ご自身の責任で管理してください。施術前に安全な場所へ移動することをおすすめします。当社の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合を除き、紛失、盗難または破損について責任を負いかねます。

Course duration and delays施術時間および遅延

Course duration includes consultation, setup, changing, tidying and preparation for departure. The hands-on massage generally ends approximately three minutes before the scheduled course end time. Guest-related delays may shorten the massage, and the confirmed end time will not normally be extended.

コース時間には、カウンセリング、施術準備、着替え、施術後の片付けおよび退出準備等の時間が含まれます。実際の施術は、原則としてコース終了予定時刻の3分前を目安に終了します。お客様のご都合で開始が遅れた場合、施術時間が短くなることがあり、原則として終了予定時刻の延長は行いません。

Treatment environment施術環境

Please provide enough clear space for the therapist to work safely. Pets must be secured in a carrier or separate room during the session. If smoking, hygiene, safety, access restrictions or another condition makes the environment unsuitable, we may request ventilation, corrective action or a change of location. If the situation cannot be improved, we may refuse or stop the service.

安全かつ円滑に施術を行える十分なスペースをご用意ください。ペットは施術中、ケージまたは別室へ移動をお願いいたします。喫煙、衛生面、安全面、入室制限その他の理由により適切な施術環境ではないと判断した場合は、換気、環境改善または施術場所の変更をお願いする場合があります。改善が困難な場合は、施術をお断りまたは中止することがあります。

Personal information個人情報の取扱い

Personal information received for bookings, enquiries and service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ご予約、お問い合わせおよびサービス提供に際してお預かりする個人情報は、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

Breach of terms規約違反時の対応

We may refuse current or future bookings when we identify a breach of these terms, a false declaration, nuisance conduct, or another serious issue. If the service provider or therapist suffers loss as a result, we may seek compensation in accordance with applicable law.

本規約への違反、虚偽の申告、運営会社またはセラピストへの迷惑行為等が確認された場合、現在または今後のご予約・ご利用をお断りすることがあります。運営会社またはセラピストに損害が生じた場合は、法令に基づき損害賠償を請求する場合があります。

Changes to these terms本利用規約の変更

Three Piece Co., Ltd. may revise these terms due to changes in law, services or operational requirements. Revised terms apply when they are posted on this website or otherwise communicated by an appropriate method.

株式会社Three Pieceは、法令の改正、サービス内容の変更、運営上の必要その他の事情により、本規約を変更する場合があります。変更後の利用規約は、当ウェブサイトへの掲載または当社が適切と判断する方法で通知した時点から適用されます。
