illi stays Exclusive Group Short Plans

• Japanese Body Care: 45 minutes / JPY 11,000 per guest
• Reflexology & Body Care: 45 minutes / JPY 12,000 per guest

Group Short Plans require a minimum of two consecutive bookings. All prices are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax.

illi stays限定グループショートプランは、ボディケア45分・お一人様11,000円、リフレクソロジー＆ボディケア45分・お一人様12,000円です。いずれも2名様以上の連続予約が必要です。表示価格はすべて税込です。

Additional fees商品代金以外の必要料金

• Transportation fees are included within designated service areas.
• Therapist request fee: JPY 1,100.
• Long Head Massage add-on: 30 minutes / JPY 4,000. Available only with a course of 90 minutes or longer.

Any total price and applicable fees will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

指定エリア内の交通費は表示料金に含まれます。セラピスト指名料は1,100円です。ロングヘッドマッサージは90分以上のコースに限り、30分4,000円で追加できます。ご予約確定前に、適用される料金と合計金額をご案内します。

Payment timing and methodsお支払い時期・方法

Payment is required before the massage begins. Accepted methods are cash; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club; Alipay; and selected Japanese mobile-payment services, including PayPay, au PAY, d Payment and Merpay. Availability may depend on the payment provider’s processing status.

施術開始前にお支払いください。現金、Visa、Mastercard、American Express、JCB、Diners Club、Alipay、およびPayPay、au PAY、d払い、メルペイ等の一部国内モバイル決済をご利用いただけます。決済事業者の稼働状況等により、ご利用いただけない場合があります。

Service timingサービス提供時期

The service is provided on the confirmed appointment date and within the arrival window stated in the booking confirmation. The estimated arrival window may span up to 30 minutes. Massage hours are generally 8:00 PM–4:00 AM. Same-day appointments are subject to therapist availability. Course duration includes consultation, preparation, changing and tidying up.

ご予約確定時にお知らせする日時および到着予定時間帯にサービスを提供します。到着予定には最大30分程度の幅をいただく場合があります。施術時間は原則20:00～翌4:00です。当日予約はセラピストの空き状況によります。コース時間にはカウンセリング、準備、着替えおよび片付けの時間を含みます。

Reservation changes and cancellation予約変更・キャンセル

• Changes to the appointment time cannot be accepted within one hour of the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee.
• Cancellation after the therapist has arrived: 100% of the session fee.

The same policy applies when the guest requests a shorter session after the therapist has arrived. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking.

ご予約時間の1時間前以降は、予約時間の変更を承ることができません。ご予約時間の1時間前以降のキャンセルは施術料金の50％、セラピスト到着後のキャンセルは施術料金の100％を申し受けます。到着後に施術時間を短縮される場合にも同じ規定が適用されます。

Returns and refunds返品・返金

Because the service is provided at a reserved date, time and location, completed services are not eligible for return or refund. Cancellation charges apply as stated above. If Three Piece Co., Ltd. is unable to provide a confirmed service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund any amount already paid for the portion of the service that was not provided. Other refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

予約された日時・場所で提供するサービスの性質上、提供済みサービスの返品・返金は承りません。キャンセル料は上記の規定に従います。当社の責めに帰すべき事由により確定済みのサービスを提供できなかった場合は、未提供部分についてお支払い済みの金額を返金します。その他の返金については、事情および適用法令に基づき判断します。
